Mushroom with baby bok choy

Ingredients:

1/2 lb mushroom, 1/2lb small bok choy

Seasonings/Source:

(1) 6c. water + 1t. salt

(2) 1c. broth+1/4t. salt+2T. chicken fat

(3) 1 1/2t. cornstarch+1T. water

 
         
  Method:

Step1:    Cut bok choy in half and set aside.

Step2:    Bring Source (1) to a boil. Blanch mushrooms and bok choy separately in boiling water and remove immediately. Place on serving plate.

Step3:    Bring Source (2) to a boil. Thicken with Source(3). Pour over vegetables and serve.
