Hot Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, green onion, ginger

Seasonings/Source:

2T Soy Sauce, 2T Vinegar, 1T sugar, 1/2C water

 
         
  Method:

Step1:    Cook shrimp in the boiled water for 10 minutes, then take them out.

Step2:    Mix all the sources: 2T soy sauce, 2T vinegar, 1T sugar, 1/2C water  plus 1T chopped ginger and1T chopped green onion.

Step3:    Heat the abouve mixture to boil then put in the bowl for dipping source.
